FEATURE & FUNCTION
Dryer's intemal feeder can outomafically inhale flux from hopper into dryer's inner container for drying,needless of manual charging.
The tubular electric heating tube inside dryer is reasonably distributed for well-proportioned temperature.Both inner container and electric heating tube are made of stainless steel to avoid rust causing pollution to flux.
Long durabillty of electric heating tube.E.g.There are 12U-type heating fubes inside YJJ-A-500 type fux drying machine,with each power at 4KW.
Automatic control of temperature for optional roasting temperation,When temperature reaches preset requirement.automatic constant temperature will apply,which is controlled by digit-display time relay,when preset time is finished,it will automatically cut off power supply.
Peephole is mounted for observing dryer's inside conditions at any time.
Easy dispensing.By pressing discharge handgrip,dried flux will flow out from discharge port.Close the handgrip or stop.
Provided with mote eliminating device,it can collect the motes in flux into dust catcher while inhaling material,thus to ensure welding quality of flux.
